Key Account Manager Talent Acquisition (KAM-TA)
Role Summary
Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment operations for key enterprise client accounts, ensuring consistent hiring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
- Own full recruitment delivery for assigned client accounts
- Manage client communication, hiring priorities, and timelines
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent pools
- Conduct screening calls and prepare candidate shortlists
- Coordinate and manage client interviews and feedback
- Maintain all hiring data and pipelines in ATS
- Build continuous talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
- Track hiring progress and share regular updates with clients
- Drive offer closure and candidate joining

Experience & Skills
- 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Staffing
- Experience handling client accounts or enterprise hiring preferred
- Strong sourcing, screening and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with ATS tools
- Good communication and stakeholder management
