Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and proven GCC project expertise. This role requires leadership, technical excellence, and the ability to manage large-scale projects from initiation to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, contracts, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and review progress reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage procurement planning and material approvals.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc Civil).

  Get Hired
  Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, resource management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, project controls, and engineering standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera (P6), and project management tools.
