Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales / Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth in the HORECA segment. The role involves on-ground sales, relationship building, and new business acquisition across hotels, restaurants, cafs, and allied food service businesses.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Identify, approach, and onboard Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, QSRs, and Cloud Kitchens
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market mapping
  • Pitch company products/services and close new business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, purchase managers, chefs, and decision-makers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Provide feedback to management for product and pricing improvements
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, delivery, and support
  • Ensure timely collection and documentation (if applicable)
Candidate ProfileExperience
  • Executive: 13 years of field sales / business development experience
  • Manager: 48+ years of HORECA / FMCG / B2B sales experience
  • Prior exposure to HORECA, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or HoReCa suppliers preferred
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Field-oriented with ability to travel extensively
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is an advantage
Education
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
