Marketing Director

WiseView Holding operates four companies across real estate and financial services in the UAE.

We're not a startup chasing hype. We're an established business scaling with intention and discipline.

Right now, we're looking for a Marketing Director who understands how marketing actually drives revenue, not just visibility.

What you'll do

You will own the entire marketing system end to end.

Lead generation. Brand. Campaigns. Content. Events. Developer partnerships. PR.

Online and offline. English and Arabic.

Buyers, investors, property owners and relocation clients.

Build the marketing team. Control the budget. Own the P&L.

Track real metrics like CPL, CAC, conversion rates and funnel performance.

You'll manage everything from social media and video to outdoor advertising, exhibitions and property launches.

You'll negotiate co-marketing with developers, run investor seminars, oversee the website and make sure marketing is fully integrated with sales and CRM.

If marketing works or doesn't work, you own the result.

What we expect

• You know the UAE real estate market from real experience, not theory.
• You've built marketing systems before, managed people and delivered measurable results.
• You are strategic, but not detached.
• Creative, but grounded in numbers.
