Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Engineer with knowledge in the finance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in AI/ML with an understanding of financial systems and processes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to ensure innovation, reliability, and compliance in our financial applications.

Mode of Work: Full time

• Design, develop, and implement Gen AI solutions for financial applications.
  
• Build and optimize AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.
  
• Develop automation frameworks and pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
  
• Ensure adherence to best practices in AI model development, testing, and governance.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
  
• Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions with measurable impact.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 48 years in AI/ML, software development, or related fields.
  
• Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent quantitative field.
  
• Proven expertise in Python programming.
  
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model development, and best practices.
  
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like GIT (version control) and JIRA (task tracking).
