Job Title: Travel Associate Corporate TravelWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Associate to join our corporate travel team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in handling corporate travel operations, a strong understanding of GDS systems, and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage end-to-end travel arrangements while maintaining a high level of service quality for corporate clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate complete corporate travel bookings, including air tickets, hotels, ground transportation, and other related services.Use GDS systems to create, modify, and manage travel reservations accurately and efficiently.Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all bookings comply with company and client travel policies.Communicate clearly and professionally with corporate clients to understand their travel requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Handle changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and billing information for all travel transactions.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and reliable travel support.Requirements:Minimum 35 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in corporate travel.Strong working knowledge of GDS systems.Excellent command of English writing and speaking skills.Graduate in any discipline.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about travel, customer service, and delivering efficient corporate travel solutions.
