Growth & Business Development Associate

Location: Greater Kailash 2, South Delhi (Work from Office, Full-Time)

Working Hours: 10:00 am 7:00 pm

Working Days: 6 days a week (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Joining Timeline: Within 710 days

We are looking for graduates and early-career professionals to join us in a full-time Growth & Business Development role within the legal, tax, and advisory ecosystem.

This role is suited for individuals who want hands-on exposure to marketing, sales, partnerships, and business execution in a growing global organization.

You will work closely with leadership and be involved in real business activities from day one.

• 
  Outreach and relationship building via LinkedIn, email, events, and global partnerships
• Supporting business development and sales campaigns, including follow-ups and lead nurturing
• Assisting with content ideas, proposals, presentations, and outbound communication
• Supporting event marketing, partner onboarding, and revenue-driven initiatives
• Researching and building structured prospect and partner databases
• Assisting in digital marketing initiatives, performance tracking, and campaign reporting
• Day-to-day coordination with partners, speakers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
• Ownership of lead generation, funnel tracking, and campaign execution support

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that combines marketing with business growth.
