Primary Responsibility:

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer with strong command over 2D and 3D animation. You must be hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender or Cinema 4D. Youll be the visual engine behind our campaignsconceptualising, storyboarding, designing, animating, and elevating the brand narrative across digital platforms. Youll collaborate with the marketing, brand, product, and social media teams to craft standout visual conten

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Design & Animation

? Create high-quality 2D & 3D animations for digital ads, brand films, app explainers, social media content & product stories.

? Design motion graphics templates for repeatable usage across channels.

? Build smooth transitions, clean typography animations, logo reveals & storytelling graphics.

2. Video Editing

? Edit raw footage into polished videos using Premiere Pro.

? Add VFX, VO sync, transitions & color correction.

? Create fast-paced edits for reels, shorts & digital-first formats

3. Conceptualization & Storyboarding :

? Convert creative briefs into clear storyboards & visual concepts.

? Bring strong visual direction during brainstorming sessions.

? Suggest styles, animation techniques & visual treatment.

4. 3D Modelling & Rendering Skills

? Use Blender / Cinema 4D for modelling, texturing, lighting & rendering

? Create stunning product visualisations & 3D animation environments

5. Collaboration & Execution

? Work closely with design, marketing & product teams for smooth delivery.

? Maintain brand consistency while exploring creative possibilities.

? Stay updated with fresh motion design trends, tools & formats.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Expertise in:

? Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender or Cinema 4D, Photoshop & Illustrator.

? Strong understanding of animation principles, timing & visual flow. Creative Skills

? Excellent sense of visual storytelling, layout, colour theory & aesthetics.

? Ability to simplify complex ideas into visually engaging content.

? Awareness of trends across Instagram, YouTube, digital ads & motion culture.

? Strong communication & presentation abilities.

? Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines.

? Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creative innovation.

? Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility & Experience

? Bachelors degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Design, or similar 35 years of experience in motion design for brands / agencies / production houses.

? A strong portfolio/reel.
