Primary Responsibility:

Client Management/ Servicing Product Advice Client Acquisition

1. To be responsible for managing the Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management and Operations Teams under Business Banking vertical.
2. Achieve growth in Business banking advances across segments through strategic acquisition and deepening of existing client relationships.
3. Drive New-to-Bank (NTB) acquisition for transaction banking products.
4. Support growth of Current Account balances through Business banking offerings.
5. Ensure net increase in business banking income as per the annual targets.
6. Develop and execute strategies for cross-sell / up-sell of products to existing and new clients.
7. Ensure portfolio health through effective monitoring of accounts and maintain asset quality within defined risk parameters.
8. Work closely with Risk and Credit teams to ensure balanced growth and prudent credit decisions.

   Get Hired
   Oversee the end-to-end TAT (Turnaround Time) for sanctions, disbursement and processing of other customer requests.
10. Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity.
11. Build capabilities within the team through continuous training and performance reviews.
12. Drive digital initiatives in transaction banking operations in collaboration with IT and Operations departments to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
13. Coordinate with internal departments for product enhancements and developments.
14. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
