Job Requirements:

• Contact UK customers struggling with unsecured debts.
• Explain the IVA solution (a government-backed debt repayment plan).
• Conduct eligibility checks by assessing customer income, expenses, and outstanding debts.
• Provide accurate information about benefits, risks, and process of IVA.

Get Hired
• Gather required documents and pass qualified leads to insolvency practitioners.
• Maintain compliance with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and GDPR regulations.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and empathy skills.

Ability to handle objections and build trust.

Knowledge of debt management products and UK financial regulations preferred.

Experience in sales/collections/call centre roles is an advantage.
