Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of a high-profile, international B2B event on behalf of a global organisation operating in the luxury travel sector. This is a contract role through to the end of September, with potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance and evolving business needs.
The role is remote-first, with mandatory onsite presence during key event delivery periods. It is a hands-on execution role, well-suited to a self-starter who is comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and supporting senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Support
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, web, print, and event collateral.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and timing discipline.
- Support across digital campaigns with asset creation and optimisation.
Content & Communications
- Develop marketing copy for email campaigns, websites, delegate and sponsor communications, and event materials.
- Manage content updates across websites, platforms, and event apps, ensuring content is current and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver on-brand, high-quality content at pace.
Digital, CRM & Analytics
- Update and maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and campaign trackers.
- Support performance monitoring across campaigns and assist in preparing post-campaign and post-event reports.
Events & Partnerships
- Assist in executing partnership marketing deliverables with tourism boards, hospitality brands, and media partners.

- Supporting the marketing team on-site during event days.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in marketing, preferably within B2B events, travel or media.
- Working knowledge of email marketing tools, CMS platforms, CRM systems, and social media scheduling tools.
- A collaborative mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment and contribute creative ideas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting multiple deadlines.
- Own visa and insurance.
