ESaaS - Oracle - Technical - SaaS Technical

At Zensar, we are looking for a talented and skilled professional to take on the role of ESaaS - Oracle - Technical - SaaS Technical. This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle technologies and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical solutions and delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and expertise.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and define technical requirements.
• Proactively collaborate with the technical team, offering support and expertise in delivering projects.
• Expertise in HCM and finance modules, ensuring efficient and effective system implementations.
• Develop and maintain Fusion technology stack components, including Sandbox, EL Expressions, and Groovy Scripting.
• Create and customize BIP reports, HCM extracts, and HCM module fast formulas.
• Utilize Rest APIs and PL/SQL to integrate and enhance system functionalities.
• Prepare detailed WSR reports and present to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends, driving innovation.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies, with 2 successful implementation projects in Fusion and EBS.
• Expertise in HCM and finance modules, with a strong understanding of business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Fusion technology stack, including Sandbox, EL Expressions, Groovy Scripting, and BIP reports development.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HCM Module Fast Formulas, and Rest APIs integration.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to manage and lead a team, providing mentorship and guidance.
