ESaaS - SFDC - Lightning UI & JavaScript Development

Need Salesforce Business Analyst who acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions effectively meet business needs. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, functional design, user acceptance testing, and continuous optimization of Salesforce applications. He should have minimum experience of 6 years in Salesforce BA role with overall 12 years experience
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Expertise in Salesforce business processes: Lead-to-Opportunity, Lead-to-Order, Lead-to-Order-to-Service, Case Management, Campaign Management, Journey Maps.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; working knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct independent discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements leveraging appropriate framework to elicit requirements holistically.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology, including running SCRUM ceremonies.
• Excellent whiteboarding, diagramming, and documentation skills.
• Hands on Experience in writing -Epics, detailed user stories independently, Functional Specifications, Business Requirement Document. Creating Business process diagrams on Visio/Lucid/any other industry known tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to own deliverables end-to-end and work independently.
• Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with Salesforce best practices.
• Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide training to end-users on new Salesforce features and functionalities.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.

Certifications :

• Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
