Role Overview:

The Senior Store Manager is the owner of the store business, responsible for driving ?15 lakh+ monthly revenue while delivering a consistent 5-star customer experience. This role leads sales, team performance, inventory control, store operations, and local business development, acting as the face of KIWI in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Revenue

  • Achieve and exceed ?15 lakh/month store revenue
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, repeat visits, and local B2B sales
  • Plan in-store campaigns, promotions, and seasonal demand

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a warm, premium, story-led customer experience
  • Handle escalations and high-value customers
  • Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and visual merchandising

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff
  • Set daily targets and review sales performance
  • Build a high-energy, sales-driven culture

Inventory & Operations

  • Own inventory accuracy, audits, FIFO/FEFO, and expiry control
  • Coordinate replenishment and control shrinkage
  • Ensure smooth store operations with zero downtime

Local Marketing

  • Drive hyperlocal marketing, sampling, events, and partnerships
  • Act as a brand ambassador for KIWI in Gurgaon

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 36 years experience in retail/FMCG store management
  • Strong sales mindset with proven revenue ownership
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
  • Confident, well-groomed, customer-facing personality
