Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer Service through Emails and Chat.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
• Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation.
• Resolve the queries by closing the open tickets.
• Prior work experience of Finance domain (Mutual Fund) is mandatory.
• To Meet Their Needs and Ensure Quality Service is given at all times.
• Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value.

• Graduate with 1 year experience into customer service (Email/Chat can apply).
• Candidate should have excellent Written and verbal skills.
