Job Description
- Manage revenue recognition processes specific to the SAAS model, ensuring alignment with industry standards and accounting principles.
- Track and update subscription-based revenue in the system.
- Handle billing and invoicing cycles through Zoho and ensure timely revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure accurate data related to customer contracts, renewals, and cancellations.
- Reconcile revenue with the CS team for proper forecasting and revenue reporting.
- Financial Management Accounting (Tally)
- Process daily accounting transactions and ensure timely posting in Tally. Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, journals, and subsidiary ledgers.
- Generate P L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports on a regular basis.
- Maintain financial records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to accounting policies.
- Compliance Regulatory Reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including GST, TDS and other local taxation rules.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and accounting standards that may impact the business.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare financial and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial projections.
- Provide regular reports on revenue performance, variances, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights on cost control, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Zoho Integration and Automation
- Maintain and manage Zoho Billing Internal Software to track customer-related data and financial transactions, ensuring seamless integration with accounting records.
- Leverage Zoho reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of the business.
- Automate and streamline finance-related processes using Zoho and other internal tools for efficiency.

- Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certifications (optional but beneficial):
- CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or ACCA certifications.
- Specialized certifications in HRTech platforms or financial systems could be advantageous.
- Accounting Tools: Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or other similar tools.
- HR Tech Tools: Familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS) like Workday, BambooHR, or others that integrate financial and HR functions.
- Excel/Google Sheets: Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
