Someone who:

• Knows how to handle marketing & social media automation systems like HubSpot or Ziply
• Understands market research
• Can manage Reddit and social platforms
• Thinks in dashboards, not just ideas
• 
  Can track, measure, optimize, repeat

What Youll Actually Do:

• Run and manage marketing & social media automation platforms (HubSpot / Ziply or similar)
• Maintain clean pipelines, workflows, and automation
• Conduct market & competitor research
• Monitor Reddit and social platforms for engagement & insights
• Track performance metrics and generate actionable reports
• Support SEO visibility initiatives through structured buyer prompts
• Benchmark against competitors
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing operations
• Optimize processes not just execute them

What You Must Know:

• Hands-on experience on automation tools (HubSpot, Ziply, or similar)
• Basic marketing & social media automation understanding
• Social media monitoring (Reddit experience preferred)
• Performance analytics & reporting
• Comfort with tools, dashboards, and data
• Ability to overlap with US timings when required
• Strong ownership mindset
