Welcome! As always, great storytelling starts with the ‘when’. Our story began in 2013 as an ambitious venture between Tata Sons Private Limited and AirAsia Aviation Group Limited. Now a wholly owned subsidiary of Air India Ltd, we are a young, aspirational airline that has grown significantly in the last 8 years. AirAsia India has consistently embraced technology to deliver operational efficiency and enhance guest experiences, offering fast bookings, fab value and fantastic deals.
We launched with the underlying premise that a great travel experience translates to happy guests and in turn, leads to a healthier business. Our domestic network has been growing stronger and we’ve expanded into key metro cities. We operate with the capacity to serve over a million guests every month, connecting 18 destinations across the country.
