It also makes fiber and copper connectors and networking products such as Ethernet switches. Products are used in industrial (robotics), enterprise, broadcast, and consumer electronics applications. The majority of customers are from outside of the US. Core customer Anixter, a distributor, accounts for about 14% of sales; Belden also sells to OEMs.
