Position Overview
Hutah Technologies is hiring Healthcare Credentialing Associates to support US healthcare provider credentialing and insurance enrollment operations. We are specifically looking for candidates who can work with minimal process training and already have relevant US healthcare experience.
Mandatory Requirement — English Communication
Excellent English communication is an absolute requirement.
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Clear and fluent spoken English
- Strong grammar and sentence formation
- Clear pronunciation
- Professional US-client communication
- Strong listening and comprehension
- Confident telephone communication
- Professional email communication
- Ability to communicate naturally without memorized responses
- Minimal/no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) affecting clarity
- Ability to speak smoothly without excessive fillers or unnecessary pauses
Candidates with significant MTI, frequent grammatical errors, excessive fillers, unclear pronunciation, or noticeable nervousness affecting communication will not be shortlisted.
Relevant Experience — Mandatory
Candidates should preferably have hands-on experience in one or more of:
- US Healthcare Credentialing
- Provider Credentialing
- Provider Enrollment
- Insurance Credentialing
- Payer Enrollment
- Medicare / Medicaid Enrollment
- Commercial Payer Enrollment
- CAQH
- PECOS
- Recredentialing
- Healthcare BPO Operations
General BPO or domestic voice-process experience without relevant US healthcare experience will not meet the primary requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process provider credentialing and enrollment activities.
- Verify provider information and supporting documentation.
- Work with US insurance payers and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate credentialing records and trackers.
- Follow up on pending applications and enrollment requests.
- Identify missing or inaccurate information and coordinate resolution.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and SLA requirements.
- Handle professional phone and email communication.
- Follow client SOPs, confidentiality requirements, and applicable healthcare compliance procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are:
Experienced + Communication Strong + Production Ready
The candidate should be able to demonstrate their previous process experience during the interview and explain their actual responsibilities, systems used, payer interactions, and daily workflow.

Candidates will not proceed if they demonstrate:
- Significant MTI affecting clarity
- Poor English grammar
- Frequent fillers
- Excessive or unnatural pauses
- Unclear pronunciation
- Lack of confidence during conversation
- Inability to explain previous healthcare credentialing experience
- No relevant US healthcare process experience
- Reliance on memorized answers
- Poor listening/comprehension
- Inability to communicate professionally with US clients
