Axis Bank’s best-known graduate route is the Axis Bank Young Bankers Programme (ABYB), run with academic partners. Selection is generally reported as two stages of proctored online assessment:
- Level 1 – Written test: Verbal ability, analytical ability, numerical ability, a written English test and a listening-comprehension test.
- Level 2 – Video interview: An online AI-assessed video interview.
The programme itself runs about a year – commonly reported as roughly four months of residential classroom study, three months of internship and five months of on-the-job training – before placement into a branch role. Lateral and technology hiring runs separately through the bank’s careers portal.
