Accenture’s recruitment process in India typically involves 3–4 rounds:

  1. Online Assessment Test – Three stages: a. Cognitive Ability & Technical Assessment – English ability, analytical reasoning, numerical ability, MS Office, pseudo code, networking, security, and cloud fundamentals. b. Coding Round – Two coding questions in Java, C, C++, .NET, or Python. c. Communication Assessment – Verbal test assessing sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
  2. Technical Interview – Role‑specific technical and problem‑solving questions.
  3. HR Interview – Behavioural and cultural fit assessment.
