Meesho’s hiring is generally reported as three to four rounds:
Online assessment – The first filter. For analytics and business roles this covers quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and hands-on SQL (filtering, joins, aggregations). For engineering roles it is a coding test.
Technical / case interviews – One or two rounds. Analytics candidates commonly get live SQL plus business reasoning: why a KPI dropped, how to design a metric, market sizing, or a supply–demand or cost-optimisation case.
Hiring manager or HR round – Ownership, fit and expectations.
