Interview Process

  2. Technical and psychometric test – Programming fundamentals alongside a personality/behavioural assessment.
  3. AI-based communication assessment – Automated evaluation of spoken English.
  4. Technical interview – Core subjects, projects and coding.
  5. HR interview – Behavioural fit, flexibility and documentation.

On-campus hiring is commonly run in two phases: all online assessments on a single day, then face-to-face interview rounds for shortlisted candidates.
