Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Chat Support Executive / Associate: The front-line agent responsible for answering live text queries, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users.
- Chat Moderator: Focuses on monitoring real-time chat rooms, communities, or social channels to enforce guidelines and remove inappropriate content.
- Escalations: Transfer complex or unresolved technical/billing issues to senior tiers or specialized departments.
- Multitasking & Queue Management: Handle multiple concurrent chat sessions simultaneously without dropping response quality or missing service level agreements (SLAs).
- Typing Speed & Accuracy: Typically expected to type fast (often 4045 words per minute) with minimal spelling or syntax errors.
Preferred candidate profileeligibility:
- Excellent Communication in English.
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience is required into International Voice Process.
- comfortable working with night Shifts.
- Work from office
- Only immediate joiners
- Graduation is not required
