ChatMnE is an AI-powered, chat-based assistant designed to support nonprofits in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). It enables organizations to design surveys, define indicators, analyze data, and generate donor reports efficiently. With over 400 nonprofits on the waitlist and early adopters already integrating it into daily workflows, the product addresses a critical gap in MEL expertise across India. The platform aims to empower 10,000 nonprofits to measure, improve, and scale their social impact through accessible, technology-driven solutions.
Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate with waitlisted users and schedule product demo calls
• Understand user context and requirements through structured conversations
• Conduct personalized product demonstrations of ChatMnE
• Address product-related queries and explain use cases clearly
• Pitch the product effectively and convert users into active adopters

• Support users during onboarding and initial setup
• Maintain structured records of user journeys including waitlist, outreach, conversions, and drop-offs
• Document user insights, FAQs, and recurring needs for internal reference
• Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded users
• Respond to user queries and coordinate with product and technical teams when required
• Ensure effective product usage through continuous support and guidance
• Conduct proactive follow-ups to improve user retention and satisfaction
