Job Description

Key Skills : Disciplinary Action, Disciplinary proceedings, Case Management, Conflict resolution, Code of Conduct, Ethics & Compliance
You are Responsible for:
- Receive and review cases assigned
- Understand the nature, context, and details of each case thoroughly.

- Conduct preliminary analysis to identify scope, urgency, and required actions.
- Conduct investigation as per process and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Provide case-related clarifications and factual inputs to Manager in scheduled meetings
- Initiate and conduct closure discussions with complainants and stakeholders.

- Ensure closure conversations are professional, empathetic, and within SLAs.
- Raise flags for escalations or TAT breaches promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, policies, and statutory labor laws.
- Maintain complete case documentation and audit-ready records.
- Tracker updation , Dashboard to stake holders, Analytics
