This role will play a key part in improving our data infrastructure, maintaining high data quality, and delivering fast, actionable insights across teams. They ll also support product, business, and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics.ResponsibilitiesActively shaping how company uses data for strategic decisionsEnhance data infrastructure and tooling for improved efficiencySupport critical business units with ad-hoc analytics and insightsConduct deep-dive research and analysis to uncover actionable findingsImprove data collection and analytics processes across teamsEnsure dashboards provide clarity, usability, and real-time visibilityRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or related fieldProven track record of implementing data infrastructure improvements and optimisationsPrior experience working with blockchain tools or DeFi data strongly preferredStrong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualisation toolsExperience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline optimisationUnderstanding of statistical concepts and practical experience applying themAbility to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insightsCollaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively across teamsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
