Job Description

The role of an International Customer Service Representative at [24]7.ai in Bengaluru is a full-time on-site position. As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This will involve interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues they may have.

Qualifications for this role include strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills, along with experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as active listening and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work effectively in a team is also required. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Candidates with a 12th pass/2nd puc/Graduation/Post graduation qualification and 0-5 years of experience are welcome to apply. The age limit for applicants is less than 35 years.
