Brief About Job Profile

As financial analyst you will be performing financial planning & analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, P&L, end to financial support to particular Cloud business unit, risk and opportunity, coordinating with internal finance audit team, Expense Reporting, Headcount reporting, MIS reporting, Executive management reporting (EMR), and Client Engagement.

Working with business owners and monthly closing process including accruals, reconciliations.

Work Location : Bangalore (Hybrid model)

Experience : 6 - 10 Years

Reporting to : Director, Finance

Responsibilities

• Support business leaders in daily operations and periodic financial and operational performance reviews; developing analysis around drivers, trends, opportunities, and share insights and recommendations through data.
• Define Key Performance Indicators for the business and manage reporting and analysis to track performance.
• Drive and execute the development of the annual plan, quarterly and monthly forecast, and the close process.
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable financial guidance.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while not losing sight of the broader vision and opportunity.
• Own and develop financial forecasts that accurately predict business performance; highlight key variances, opportunities, and issues to business leaders.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required.

Requirements

• 6+ years of applicable experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a technical management team.
• Strong understanding of finance concepts and accounting principles
• Ability to cultivate effective relationships and work cross-functionally with strong planning, process management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Business judgment and intellectual curiosity; proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and hyper-growth environment
• A degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or related field,
• Prior working experience in the SaaS industry will be an advantage.
• Flexibility and be able to work with a diverse team across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and tasks with various stakeholders while meeting deadlines on time sensitive projects.
