Brief about Strategic Insights team
The Strategic Insights team provides Data AND Business Analytics to Clients, the Leadership Team, and Business growth. Improve Chabot performance, 247 Product performance, through Data analytics. This team Supports Product Management, Sales, Presales, and CSM to achieve the success metrics signed in the SOW. This team works on SQL, Python, and Domo as visualization tools. This team is part of the Customer Success Organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Strategic Insights team has a primary responsibility of producing the Business and Data analytics to ensure alignment with the business's vision and directs the management with data-driven decision-making, providing business intelligence through a consumer-driven approach, web analytics, and business insights for supporting the mission, vision strategies, and goals of the business.
- The team performs the data analytics that provides thought leadership and acts as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key issues within the business. Using the data analytics improved business performance, identifying the opportunities for optimization, business forecast, revenue leakage, presales analytics, and achievement of overall business goals.
- Strategic Insights provides management visibility into data-driven business insights, that inform the business's strategic direction and business KPIs and also supports other business executives and departmental leaders in making strategy, data-driven approaches, new product developments, product features, new policies/strategies, new business use cases, new customer segmentation, etc.
- The team will be necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations, for departmental heads/management, senior analytics leadership, and key stakeholders.
Analytical & Technical Skills:
- To provide the required Business Intelligence for the leaders & ESM the Strategic Insights team will have technical experience in enterprise data warehouse solutions, statistical analysis tools, database systems, and data visualization applications.
- The team is skilled in the use of MySQL servers, Python, RStudio, Hadoop, Big Data, Teradata, Tableau, Domo, GCP-BigQuery, Microsoft BI, or any other data & visualization tools to produce business and data analytics.

- Also, highly proficient in a deep understanding of A/B testing and be highly knowledgeable in key metric identification in Web Analytics for driving and maintaining healthy business performance in digital & speech platforms.
Education:
The Strategic Insights team has a master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Applied Math, Computer Science, or any other related field.
