Qualified CA / CPA, playing controllership role handled India, APAC & US regions with 12+ years of experience in R2R, Revenue recognition & Tax functions. Well versed with reviewing monthly financial statements for both US GAAP & IND AS, coordinating group consolidations and audits.
Developed and document business processes and policies across Geo’s to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Qualification : Qualified CA / CPA

Work time : 1:00 PM TO 10:00 PM

Job Duties

• Review monthly financial statements, quarterly and annual reporting requirements for management, regulatory bodies, and the corporate office.
• Quarterly trend analysis of various incomes, expenses, assets and liabilities and developing financial controlling mechanisms such M-on-M/ Q-on-Q / Y-on-Y comparisons and variance reasoning, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.
• Day to day India accounting function : Resolve operational issue, if any
• Coordinate Group Office consolidation of finances and audit
• Review the finalization of annual accounts
• Lead the month end close process and any required Flash reporting
• Review of regulatory reporting for India, US, UK, AUS and Canada
• Oversee all the income tax and in-direct tax related issues specific to India
• Handle ICOFR (Inter Control Over Financial Reporting) & CARO requirements specific to India Stat Financials & close the stat audit as India is a bigger entity
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals from financial reporting Perspective
• Streamlining better integration with finance function of group companies, external auditors and various internal finance functions.
• Managing Audits – Statutory, Internal, Process etc. across geos
• Handle complex ad hoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making
