Job Description

    As the Employee Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of employee compensation, benefits administration, compliance, and reporting. Your main duties will include overseeing bonuses, overtime, and adjustments in employee compensation. Additionally, you will manage and enroll employees in company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
    You will also be in charge of handling PTO requests, accruals, and balances to ensure alignment with company policies. It will be your responsibility to administer employee benefits programs, oversee renewals, and track eligibility. Providing guidance to employees on benefits options and changes will be an essential part of your role. You will collaborate closely with benefits providers to manage plan offerings and address any issues that may arise.
    Ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies will also be a key focus of your responsibilities. Your strong knowledge of US labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits policies will be crucial in carrying out these duties effectively. Attention to detail, confidentiality, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential traits for success in this role.
    Excellent communication skills will be required to effectively communicate with employees and management. You should be capable of working independently, meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and be available during US business hours. The ability to work night shifts and maintain a remote work setup while staying connected with the US-based team will be part of the job requirements.
