Job Description
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Week Offs: 2 days per week
- Leave Cycle: 30 days after completing every 12th month
- Job Profile: Vehicle Sales
- Candidate Profile: Product Consultant with 2 years of automobile sales experience
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold high standards of customer service.

Requirements
- MBA or B. Tech degree (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales, with exposure to premium brands highly preferred
- Age below 25 years
- Proven track record in sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset
