Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Presales professional to support cloud and infrastructure deal cycles by coordinating with sales, solution teams, and clients. This role focuses on opportunity shaping, proposal management, and deal execution support rather than deep technical architecture design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams in opportunity qualification and deal progression
- Act as a bridge between sales, solution architects, and delivery teams
- Coordinate requirements gathering and ensure clarity of scope
- Manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
- Work with technical teams using platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Track deal timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Support pricing, cost models, and commercial structuring
- Prepare client presentations, case studies, and value propositions
- Ensure smooth handover from presales to delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in presales, bid management, or sales support roles
- Basic to moderate understanding of cloud and infrastructure concepts

- Good understanding of IT services (cloud, infrastructure, managed services)
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large deal/bid management
- Familiarity with pricing models and commercials
- Exposure to cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP) at a conceptual level
- Ability to create compelling client presentations
