Job Description
• Assisting the sales team through providing administrative support
• Proactive client engagement including supporting customer requests and queries professionally
• Assist with maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
• Ensuring customer information is up to date and accurately recorded.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing client documentation, supporting internal stakeholders with requests and much more.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer service quality.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher level support teams or management if required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• A positive and passionate character with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer service-related role would be significantly advantageous.
• Proficient with using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite etc.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in an additional language would be hugely beneficial.
