About the Company
4thoughts is a leading Multi Family Office and Global Wealth Management firm providing customized wealth advisory, investment management, financial planning, and alternate investment solutions to HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition for wealth management and family office services.
- Identify, engage, and convert HNI/UHNI prospects through networking, references, and strategic business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, CXOs, investors, and affluent families.
- Generate business opportunities for investment products including PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Global Investments, Insurance, and Estate Planning solutions.
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals, investment preferences, and wealth management requirements.
- Collaborate with investment advisory and relationship management teams to provide customized solutions to clients.
- Develop referral channels through Chartered Accountants, Consultants, Lawyers, and business networks.
- Achieve revenue generation and client conversion targets as per business objectives.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client investment behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong post-acquisition relationships to ensure client retention and long-term engagement.
- Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates, and client acquisition strategies for management review.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, Financial Services, or Multi Family Office firms.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products and investment solutions.
- Proven track record in acquiring and converting HNI/UHNI clients.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth initiatives.

Preferred Profile
- Candidates from Wealth Management firms, Private Banks, Investment Advisory firms, Asset Management companies, or Family Offices preferred.
- MBA in Finance / Marketing preferred.
- Strong market connectivity in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
