About the Role: Were looking for a strategic yet hands-on Product Marketing Manager who understands the stock market ecosystem and can bring products to life from insight to launch.
Youll shape the positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategy for 5paisas next-generation products, working closely with product, content and brand teams.
Responsibilities:

- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product launches (e.g., algo trading, smart investing tools).
- Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation that resonates with both active traders and retail investors.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure user insights drive marketing decisions.
- Create and manage content pipelines product videos, blogs, explainers, and in-app storytelling.
- Build and nurture community programs (e.g., power users, expert traders, creator collaborations).
- Partner with performance and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Own product marketing metrics awareness, activation, and retention KPIs.
Qualifications:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing.
- Deep understanding of trading, investing, and retail investor behavior.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign execution.
- Strong content instincts ability to simplify complex financial products.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for building community and engaging users through content and conversation.
