Role Overview:
- We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager - FnO who can blend market understanding, user empathy, and technical acumen to shape the next generation of our trading experience.
- You'll drive innovation in the FnO segment - from idea to execution - ensuring every feature delivers value to traders and enhances platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end FnO product lifecycle - from ideation, requirement gathering, and documentation to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with business, tech, and design teams to define the product roadmap aligned with strategic trading objectives.
- Partner with engineering teams to drive API integrations, conduct testing, and ensure flawless front-end implementation.
- Identify product gaps and propose new APIs or platform improvements to enhance speed, usability, and trading experience.
- Engage with active traders and clients to collect feedback, uncover opportunities, and convert insights into actionable features.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to drive adoption, awareness, and engagement for new FnO features.

- Coordinate with QA, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely product releases.
- Monitor product performance through data analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior, continuously optimizing based on insights.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, broking, or trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of FnO trading, derivatives, and capital markets.
- Proven ability to translate complex trading requirements into user-centric digital products.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and UI/UX principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
