Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Manager Accounts & Finance who thrives in the dynamic world of fintech. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with a tech-driven mindset to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate financial insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review financial statements in line with IND-AS and regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including receivables, payables, provisions, and ledger maintenance.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data across systems.

Audit & Compliance

• Lead and support statutory, internal, and tax audits with timely preparation of schedules.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, GST, and Income Tax regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls and implement audit recommendations effectively.

MIS & Regulatory Reporting

• Develop, automate, and deliver MIS reports for management and business teams.
• Respond to queries and submissions for regulatory bodies in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with evolving financial and regulatory frameworks in the fintech ecosystem.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Continuously identify gaps in accounting processes and implement automation solutions for efficiency.
• Leverage technology (Excel, Python, Power BI) to build smarter, scalable processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in a fintech, BFSI, or technology-driven environment.
• Strong command of accounting principles, IND-AS, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Python and Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech setup.
