Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for providing very good knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager support activities. You will support day to day maintenance of HCP Portal Product based on AEM. Additionally, you will lead Change & Release management of the HCP Portal Product and monitor the site's performance while setting benchmarks. Your role will also involve executing and reporting test results, collaborating with parties to fix issues, and leading communication with partners as a single point of contact for HCP portal issues. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the compliance team and System management for compliance-related tasks and platform issues/tasks. Your responsibilities will include leading compliance-related discussions, providing end-to-end techno-functional product support, and managing multi-vendor setups, global stakeholders, and users. You will also need knowledge on quality tools, business and system understanding, and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and integrated tools like Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualification Required:
- Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Experience with website maintenance skills is a plus
