Job Description
- As an experienced professional in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on expertise in building end-to-end journeys on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes creating segments, emails, automations, cloud pages, and journeys.
- Your main responsibility will be to build and execute Multichannel Campaigns using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite. You will also support Multichannel Campaign Partners in utilizing relevant features and functionalities to ensure an optimal customer experience across selected touchpoints of the customer journey.
- Translate sales and marketing requirements into functional marketing automation campaigns.
- Engage in data management tasks such as building data extensions and segments, preparing data for importing or uploading, and being familiar with data import tools.
- Provide support in fetching reports post-completion of the journey.
