Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwadi for an Assistant Recruiter. The Assistant Recruiter will support the recruitment process by sourcing and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with potential hires. Responsibilities include managing candidate databases, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their hiring needs effectively.
