Staff Software Engineer - Java Backend
Qualification and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer science with 10 years of core Software development experience.
Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, databases, coding, and operating systems.
Hands-on coding experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, REST APIs, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.
In-depth knowledge of RDBMS technologies (MS-SQL, Informix, Postgresql) or NoSQL DB
Experience in Spring Boot application and microservice architecture system.
Experience in event-based architecture like Kafka / JMS / IBM MQ / any other.
Experience with Cloud technologies and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team.
A disciplined approach to development, code review, testing, documentation, and code structure in a team environment.
Experience with the project builds with CI-CD pipelines through Jenkins.

Nice to Have
NoSQL DB exp like Cassandra, Hadoop.
Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure preferred) & Kubernetes.
