Job Description
- As a Civil & Interior (C&I) Site Engineer at S. G. ENTERPRISES, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction processes of civil and interior projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with the required quality standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, designers, subcontractors, and project managers to monitor progress and address any technical issues that may arise.
Your key responsibilities will include supervising on-site activities, managing resources efficiently, prioritizing workplace safety, and maintaining quality control throughout the project execution. You will be expected to conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively. Effective communication with clients and timely updates will be essential to foster positive relationships.
To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in civil and interior site engineering for construction projects. Proficiency in project management software and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this position. You must also have your own vehicle for commuting to the project sites and demonstrate the ability to manage resources effectively to complete C&I projects.
