Requirement:

• Total 8-10 Years experience Finance Background
• B Com, Mcom, MBA Finance etc
• Experience: AR, OTC process Gallup / Engagement
• Should have handled a team size of 10-15 FTE with a Gallup of 90 Percentile or similar score.
• Leadership experience: in the 8 Years of overall experience should have 3 years of People Management Experience.
• Behaviours : High Sense of Urgency, Excellent communication, Stakeholder Management , Detailed / Data and process driven
