Fashion Designer (Fashion/Apparel & Digital)

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics to help shape every visual aspect of our brand.

This is an opportunity to work directly from the Founders Office, where youll have the freedom to contribute ideas, build impactful brand assets, and influence the visual identity of a fast-growing fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, performance marketing, websites, marketplaces, email campaigns, and digital communication.
• Create product catalogues, lookbooks, brochures, store branding, POSM, and other marketing collateral.
• Design packaging, garment labels, hangtags, trims, care labels, stickers, gift boxes, and other brand identity elements.
• 
  Take ownership of the brands website UI/UX, designing and continuously refining customer journeys, landing pages, collection pages, product pages, and other digital touchpoints. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation while optimizing the website for aesthetics, usability, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop compelling visual concepts for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Work directly with the Founders, marketing, merchandising, and product teams to maintain a consistent premium brand identity.
• Leverage the latest AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and innovation.
• Stay updated with global trends in fashion, branding, UI/UX, AI, and digital design.

Who Were Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a fashion, apparel, lifestyle, retail, beauty, or D2C brand.
• Graduate from a reputed design institute.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, graphic design, and UI/UX.
• Excellent sense of typography, colour, composition, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other industry-standard design software.
• Familiarity with the latest AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar creative platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• A passion for fashion, branding, and creating premium consumer experiences.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience designing for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and developer handoff best practices.
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro / After Effects).
• Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon, and other digital marketplaces.
• Knowledge of photography and image retouching.
