Job Description
Were looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with 45 years of hands-on experience in managing financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with or for Canadian clients and a good understanding of Canadian accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and ledgers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Work with accounting software (QuickBooks is a Must)
Leverage AI-based tools to automate bookkeeping and reporting tasks (Dext, Botkeeper, Zeni, Vic.ai, Suvit, etc)

Requirements
45 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Familiarity with Canadian bookkeeping standards and tax norms
Proficiency with accounting and automation tools
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
