Project Manager (A.I. Expert)

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager / Generalist who is skilled in leveraging AI tools to drive efficient project execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building AI-based workflows and agents that support automation and enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

Build and optimize AI agents and automated workflows

Utilize AI tools and automation platforms for research, task management, and reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements and track progress

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement continuous improvement strategies

Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, operations, or a similar role

Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc.)

Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to design and deploy AI-powered solutions

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to dynamic priorities
