Financial Planning And Analysis Manager (home Loans And Lap)

1.Ability to develop dashboards to be used by the executive management team to provide insight into strategic decisions .
2.Engage in preparation of annual operating plan, monitoring variances and undertake control measure.
Preparation of segmental P&L and performance for each business.
3.Identify opportunities to maximize profit through data mining, analytics, and automation.
4.Carry out Incentive calculations (including creating Framework, Automation etc.)
4.Monitor monthly operating results against the budget. Improve forecasting.
5.Close liaison with internal stake holders to align revenue and expenses reportings
